Faculty House

Built in the late 1950’s OCC’s Faculty House was part of a project undertaken by construction students. Once complete, it was the home of a resident maintenance and operations worker who looked after the campus after hours. Today, the Faculty House is used as a meeting place for various constituency groups, including the Faculty and Classified Union, the Academic Senate, and other groups. The Faculty House also houses the OCC offices of the Coast Federation of Educators.
